Meet Amanda

Amanda Gore
For as long as I can remember I have been talking! A lifelong friend of mine used to call me motor mouth when I was in my teens! Little did he know it was prophetic! LOL I studied physiotherapy and psychology after school and practiced for a few years, then taught at University before... Read more

Some peoples Mojo is so far gone that they’ve forgotten what it is all about, while others have just lost their spark. There are extremes of this condition of ‘my mojo has gone’, but I believe no matter how far away it is the steps are always the same to get it back.  Read more

If you're experiencing a decrease in libido, you are not alone. For most people, sex drive is like a roller coaster - one minute it's up, the next, it's down. Read more

I remembered three things as I sat down to write this article, on my small permaculture farm deep in the rolling green hills of the Gold Coast Hinterland...   Read more

Who needs a day in the year to tell your soul mate you love them? Is it a great reminder? And a special chance to do something nice? Or is Valentines Day just some big marketing ploy to get you to spend truck loads on flowers, chocolates and champagne!! He summed up what we were dealing with brilliantly when he said ‘think of it as a combination of my way, your way and our way’.   Which meant that as we spent more time together, and learned more about each other, we would find a shared space that was ‘our’ way; that we would give up the need to always have it our own way.   Read more

Recently, the spiritual realms intervened in my life again in a very obvious way!

I was travelling to Melbourne and on the way to the airport Ken (my husband) and I had a largish fight! Ok.. BIG fight!

Feeling miserable, I boarded the plane to find a friend of mine, and her brand new lover in the seat in front of me.  Read more

Over a very funny dinner my friends and I explored the concept of passion in a relationship - and what happens to it as the relationship progresses.

A while ago I was lucky enough to meet and chat with Stuart Moore - an author and expert on how to make money work for you. Discussing people's pasts, he commented on the value of having someone in your life who 'does something for you without keeping a score'.

A person who is happy to help you; guide you or set you on the right path and expects nothing in return.  They don't think in terms of 'reward', or expecting you to reciprocate. Their joy is in seeing you prosper, grow or develop.  Read more
