Put on your "Gratitude Glasses" and see the world differently!


It is impossible to have a heart full of misery and a heart full of gratitude at the same time.


Do you recall the old saying about people who see through rose-colored glasses, meaning everything they see looks rosy, pink, happy and good?

We believe lots of people walk around wearing black glasses! It doesn’t matter what they really see - everything is colored black in some way because of how they look at it. 

We would like to introduce the concept of “Gatitude Glasses.” Put them on every morning and do not take them off till you go to sleep that night.
 
If you are feeling miserable, lonely, sad or depressed, consciously shift your attention to finding things for which to be grateful or appreciative. Put on your gratitude glasses!

You will be amazed at how quickly you feel better. If nothing else, people will smile at you and if you explain why you are wearing the glasses, they will probably ask for a pair!

    Use your Gratitude Glasses to see through the "eyes of your heart"
This is another powerful tip: If you can’t sleep, or have trouble sleeping, just before you go to bed (instead of watching some soul-disturbing television program), lie quietly in bed and reflect on your day. Find three things for which to be grateful and focus on them until you fall asleep.
 
Put your gratitude glasses on if necessary - or maybe you need to put them on for your partner. Or you can both put them on! It may help to write down the things for which you are grateful in a gratitude journal, which you can keep beside your bed and make part of your nightly ritual. 
 
When you wake up, immediately find something for which to be grateful. It will transform the nature of your day!
